Where the Inner Self Takes Form
A 3-Day Art Therapy Workshop with Honey Khor
This three-day course is led by Honey Khor, transpersonal art therapist trained under Professor Hildrun Rolff (former Head of Art Therapy at Alanus University of Art and Society, Germany) and the Tobias School of Art & Therapy, England.
About the Program
The course offers a professionally held introduction to transpersonal art therapy, grounded in established therapeutic frameworks and a phenomenological, process-oriented approach.
Through structured, experiential art-making, participants are guided to engage with inner processes in a reflective and embodied way, allowing meaning to emerge through image, gesture, and presence rather than interpretation or diagnosis.
No prior art experience is required.
On Transpersonal Art Therapy
Transpersonal art therapy is a recognised therapeutic approach in which art functions as a primary language for inner experience.
It integrates psychology, creative process, and reflective awareness within a structured and professionally held setting.
In Anthroposophical inspired art therapy, the act of making engages perception, sensation, and gesture.
Emotional patterns, lived experience, and biographical material are explored through image, colour, form, and movement.
The emphasis is on process rather than interpretation.
Through this work, participants are supported in easing inner conflict, regulating emotional states, strengthening relational awareness, and developing greater clarity of self.
