AN ART + BEING EVENT

PLAY TO HEAL

one and half day psychodrama workshop

This immersive workshop invites participants to shed old patterns, reclaim silenced parts of themselves, and step into grounded freedom.

ABOUT PSYCHODRAMA

Psychiatrist Jacob L. Moreno pioneered psychodrama in the 1920s. A dynamic therapy that turns stories into healing through role-play, storytelling, and action. By revisiting unfinished experiences, participants reclaim their voice and presence, influencing modern systemic and constellation-based approaches.
