Lisa Glasgow is a qualified Advanced TRE® Provider living in Hong Kong. She has been working with this somatic, de-stressing therapy since Feb 2017, guiding clients to literally shake off deeply held trauma and stresses.
Lisa has worked with clients in Thailand, Singapore, UK and Hong Kong.
Using this process Lisa has helped dozens of people activate their parasympathetic nervous systems to release stress and trauma trapped in the body. She has also helped those suffering from Complex PTSD, emotional repression, anxiety, depression, bereavement and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (noting that TRE® is safe for people with EDS and helps them gain better, pain-free sleep).
Having spent 30 years working in the high-stress, fast-paced world of corporate advertising, Lisa has experienced, first-hand, the negative impact that a build-up of daily stresses can have on a person’s health. In her quest to seek out a solution she discovered Dr. David Berceli’s ground-breaking technique.
Lisa is passionate about teaching people how to use TRE® to reduce their own stress levels, so they can live and work in a healthy and joyful way.
Lisa is also the published author of Why Being GOOD is Bad for Us, the science behind how to be our healthy best selves. A book that helps people pleasers connect with their authentic selves and learn how to say No, nicely! Because, Lisa asserts, living authentically means less stress, more health and more happiness.
